Your business insurance quote, through Muse.
Muse, Meta’s personal agent, can open web pages and fill in forms. You can ask it to run Velocity’s quote interview and put your answers on our quote page for you to check. Meta launched Muse in the United States in September 2026, so if it is not available where you are, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini will run the same interview.
Before you start
Tell Muse to stop before anything is sent. The quote page has two boxes that confirm the answers came from your assistant and that we may contact you. Those are yours to tick, not Muse’s.
Give Muse this request
What happens next
- Give Muse the request below.
- Muse reads our interview and asks about your business. Point it at your website or a policy document if you have one.
- When the interview is done, Muse opens our quote page with your answers in the box and stops.
- Tick the two boxes yourself, press Open my form, and check every answer before you submit.
Free or paid account
Muse has a free tier and paid plans. We have not seen a difference in how it handles the interview, because the quote page does the same thing with your answers either way.
Questions about Muse
Can Muse fill in and submit the whole quote form by itself?
It may be able to, but we ask it not to. The form is the record of what you told a broker, so you should be the one who checks it and presses Submit.
Is Muse available in Canada?
Not at launch. Meta released Muse in the United States on iOS, Android and the web in September 2026. ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini all run the same interview in Canada.
Does Meta keep my answers?
Meta runs each person’s agent in its own workspace and uses conversations to train its models unless you switch that off. Velocity only receives what you send from our form.
